![]() They keep calling us on the phone to complete some survey about our business. I asked how long will this take and he said about 15 minutes. I said I don't have the time to spend. They keep calling about every week or so. I have the feeling it is about some sales pitch that I don't want anyway. Anyone else take the time to find out what it is about? They are relentless.

![]() A search under "google phone scam" revealed it probably is a scam.

![]() I have started explaining that we sell our time, and if I give up time away from the bench, I need their billing address so I can bill them for our hourly rate. This usually gets a hang up or a supervisor who says they can't do that. Guess what, neither can I.

![]() We get them too along with the credit card processors, health care and equipment auctions. I like the automated calls. You answer, wait and finally someone starts talking non stop. I either hang up or interrupt (if possible) and explain that I buy local!
Caller ID helps! We are in Louisiana so a call from Massachusetts isn't likely to be someone looking for parts or mowers!

![]() I think I will refer them next time to our "other" phone number to contact our "advertising" rep and give them either the phone number for the FBI or the real Google - I have decided yet.
