People are starting to move about and bring some units in for service.
More two stroke than mowers.

Some interest in new machines...but people are having trouble making the decision.

Jan and Feb a little better than last year...this month off to a slow start.

we are in Florida where it is warm this week.

That's great! We had a really good Jan & Feb....March started off good, but with the people coming in now it's hard to close the sales when there are still snow piles on the ground, but soon it will be a mad dash....

Our Dec.-Feb. was the worst ever for us. We were poised for a great season till this late Feb. snow storm set us back at least 3 weeks. We are starting to get some service work in, which usually happens 2-3 weeks before sales ramp up. If we don't have a great season from here on out, I think when fall comes, we may be done. Not how I wanted to end after 39 years in the industry, the last 19 as business owner.

Record year. We're getting rain almost every day. Our lake was 11 feet low, just a few months ago. It's only 14-15' in most places....sand bars everywhere. Now it's around 1 foot low. People can't keep up with the mowing!

We had average Jan & Feb, but Mar and Apr have been awesome! Sales, parts and the shop have gone crazy! One of our mechanics had a heart attack in March, so we are down to two and are having 2.5 - 3 week wait! We have never been over 2 weeks. One of the shops closed down a couple of months ago. They decided to expand their hunting department and get rid of the shop. We have been bombarded with parts and service customers. Some good, some not so good. They worked on all the cheap stuff! Hired a parts guy from their store. May have to hire one of their mechanics if ours can't come back to work.

Feels really slow for us, but ran numbers last week and we are up almost $500k over last year. I am still waiting on spring to hit... Maybe if rain slows we will be slammed...
