Commissions

Anyone here willing to share in private message their commission matrix.

I'm trying to get a handle on setting up in house commissions vs, on the road sales? Flat rate ? Percentage? Do you require a min sold? We are a small shop, expanding to road sales, and growing in-house sales.

Any info / help/ guidance would be appreciated.
